Catalyst was founded in 1996 and specialises in understanding, measuring and gaining insights into the retail and brand experiences of customers.
Catalyst works with both national and international brand owners who are passionate about developing their brands by providing excellent customer service. Based in Dublin, we operate in Ireland, N.Ireland, GB and Germany. Our fully integrated on-line research reporting system Macavity allows us to manage and report the findings from our fieldwork teams in each country.
Catalyst abides by ESOMAR research guidelines and is a member of the MSPA (Mystery Shopping Providers Association) Europe.

The 5 W’s are the basis for our diagnostic approach to business issues and briefs. Often the Why? is the key to the lock, and might be the most difficult to establish. But without addressing it, any investment in research can be wasted (a w best avoided) or not meet business needs.
